The first time I illustrated this page (a decade ago?) it triggered a lot of people. We'll see how you all take it this time! None of you took issue with what I took issue with: The narrator leaps from the premise, "life appears to be designed," to the conclusion, "therefore EVERYTHING is pre-ordained." Don't be a fatalist. Fatalism isn't cool.
