I read all of the pages you have posted until now and I am really looking forward to where this goes. I particularly appreciate your portrayals with peoples' motivations and how they act. One thing scripture never does is sugar-coat the state of humanity. It is a very honest portrayal. That is one of the reasons I appreciate an author note you posted about portraying opinions or situations that you may not necessarily agree with. Sometimes it takes great courage to present an opinion that disagrees with your own ('misguided', 'false', etc), or even simply showing a difficult situation without an inherent position presented. I find it akin to making a movie about the mafia and showing them only say "darn" or "dang". It's ultimately dishonest.
I look forward to seeing where you and your husband take this story :)
I'm of the opinion that if something is true, whether it wins the 'argument' is irrelevant. in the end, people will believe what they want to. truth is not determined by a majority, it is determined by if it is true.
in the end, the best you can do is present the truth as best you understand it in a gentle and respectful way.
It takes several sentences to show the proof and I did it a few times in other places, that's why I didn't write it in a comment yet. But just say you want to see it and I do it.

I so appreciate your feedback and thoughts. Really glad I didn't turn off a fellow Christian with the Book of Judges -rated material ;D
